5pm Friday 26th October - 5pm Saturday 27th October 2018
Endure24 is back for a second year as part of the SFSuper Series with some exciting changes.... If you are you a CrossFit lover, or keen to just give it a go, now is the perfect time to jump on board!
From 26th to the 27th October, join the team at CrossFit Manly Vale for a new round of Endure24. Our amazing CrossFit team will be embarking on another 24 hours of non-stop WODs, but this year you can do it in TEAMS!
You can register in teams to split up the 24 hours, or do it all yourself.
A new training program will be available (a minimum training period for our friends new to cross fit will apply to join the challenge). Like any sport, you need to be taught the best practices so that you prevent injury.
How it works?
Register as a solo CrossFitter OR in teams of 2 , 4 or 6.
In your teams, you can decide how you want to split up the 24 hours, but commit to having someone in your team doing one of the WODs each and every hour.
If you don't have a team, perhaps don't have the 24 hours in you but you want to participate, thats fine too - you can register solo for either 4 hours, 6 hours or 12 hours of crossfit.
This event is open to everyone. Registration will open soon, but if you are interested in being involved please contact us at the SFSuper Series team and we will keep you updated.
What you get with us:
- A SFSuper Series kit including training t-shirt and other surprises
- Regular team updates with training and fundraising tips
- A great supporter group cheering you on through the event
- All the camaraderie and support of the SFSuper Series team including a launch event and wrap party
If you are a member of CrossFit Manly Vale, you are ready to go. Those new to CrossFit will be offered a special 2 month introductory rate for September and October to get you ready for the challenge.
What we ask of you
More than anything we ask you to bring your friends, train with us and have fun!
We also ask all our participants to commit to setting up a fundraising page (as part of your registration) and raising $500 each. This may sound like a lot of money, but you are not on your own. We will help you with fundraising ideas and tips.
