Are you a CrossFit lover, or keen to just give it a go? Now is the perfect time to jump on board. On the 6th October, we have our very first CrossFit team embarking on a whole new challenge- 24 hours of non-stop WODs.
How it works.
Do 24 hours, 12 hours or just 1!
Join the team at CrossFit Manly Vale for an hour or the full 24. A new WOD will begin every hour, and each hour offers a new surprise.
You can register to do 1 WOD or the full 24 WODS. It is totally up to you- just select the number of hours you are challenging yourself to do when you register.
If you are new to CrossFit, then you must attend a 2 week training program before you take part in this event. Like any sport, you need to be taught the best practices so that you prevent injury.
For Members of CrossFt Manly Vale, you are already to go and enjoy the ride!

If you want to join us for 12 hours- break the session into 2...
Come at 5 and stay until 10 (5 WODS) go home and sleep and then come back at 10am the next day and stay until the end! (7 WODS)
